HOW IT ALL BEGAN

A West Michigan
story.

Cory and Amanda met at Kenowa Hills High School. Marriage, building a home, and raising a family deepened their connection to West Michigan.

They built Smallegan Homes around a simple idea: understand the people behind the move. Your plans and your questions come first.

We work together with buyers and sellers in Grand Rapids, Walker, Grandville, Jenison, and surrounding West Michigan communities. You can bring us questions about pricing, preparation, showings, offers, and the timing of your move.
